Three Dog Days | Day 3: The Happy Dog

I should have known from the start that this would be the photo of Skip that would work best for my purposes. The angle is nice, the lighting is bright so you can see details, and it's a closeup. But I think I wanted to kind of get to know the dog by trying the other two photos first.
This one worked, and I really enjoyed trying to capture all his little markings. It's not perfect, but the pet owner liked it. And Skip really did look like he was smiling in the photo.
