I need to learn how to work with watercolor. My comfort area is acrylics, so I am trying to force myself to step outside of that. I decided to try this parrot out first in pencil, then my hope was that, being already familiar with the subject, I could be a little looser when trying the same subject in watercolor. Here goes. They are colorful, at least:
