Jan. 24: Two parakeets. Yes. I meant to do that.

I was charmed by this photo of two parakeets. They have a lot of personality, which I tried to capture. I can tell you what is different. The original photo had a black background and a branch that was more neutral  in tone. I made the background purple and put a little more green in my branch. Because I do not fear color.

This is one I am almost completely happy with. Well, except for one thing. (There is always one.) The wing of the bird on the left is a little funky. But I would hang this one up on my wall.
